Shipping of your parcel

Packages are processed and dispatched on the day of order, notified to “lotza.fr” from Monday to Sunday. They are dispatched via Colissimo (home delivery or collection point) with a tracking number. You can also choose to have your order delivered to another address, or to a “point relais” near you.

Shipping costs for France are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the destination country.

However, if you have placed two separate orders, it will be possible to combine them to create a single shipment. The shipping costs for the other part of the shipment will be reimbursed to you by the same means of payment you used to pay for the order.

Products are shipped in a rigid cardboard box, carefully protected by bubble wrap.
