Poster Mojito
19,00€ – 29,00€
Cheers! Let’s drink a Mojito together with this original artwork by Lotza. The history of the Mojito is a bit hazy. Among several theories, the craziest is that in the 16th century, Francis Drake (nicknamed “El Draque”, the dragon in Spanish), sowed terror and chaos in the Caribbean and Cuba. But the pirate happened to be a bon vivant and discovered “tafia”, a sugar cane brandy. He added a little sugar and some folded mint leaves, a remedy well known to pirates to fight nausea. The ancestor of the Mojito was born.
