Come and taste a piece of Camembert in this original work by Lotza. Camembert de Normandie was created in 1791 in the town of Camembert by the farmer Marie Harel. It is a soft salted cow’s milk cheese with a bloomy crust. It is protected by the appellation d’origine controlĂ©e (AOC) in France since 1983 and by the appellation d’origine protĂ©gĂ©e (AOP) in the European Union since 1996. It is part of the “France” notebook collection, the result of a collaboration with the Clairefontaine stationery brand.
The notebook exists in 3 formats: A5 (5,8×8,2in), A6 portrait (4,5×5,8in) and A6 landscape (5,8×4,1).
