Come and taste a piece of Camembert in this original work by Lotza. Camembert de Normandie was created in 1791 in the town of Camembert by the farmer Marie Harel. It is a soft salted cow’s milk cheese with a bloomy crust. It is protected by the appellation d’origine controlée (AOC) in France since 1983 and by the appellation d’origine protégée (AOP) in the European Union since 1996. It is part of the “France” notebook collection, the result of a collaboration with the Clairefontaine stationery brand.
The notebook exists in 3 formats: A5 (5,8×8,2in), A6 portrait (4,5×5,8in) and A6 landscape (5,8×4,1).
